CHRISTINE MAYSTON | PR & ENGAGEMENT
Vice President, Analytics Centre of Excellence, Vancity
Christine Mayston is the VP, Analytics Centre of Excellence at Vancity Credit Union where her focus is humanizing analytics to deliver a more meaningful, purpose-driven member experience and holistic business decisioning. She spent the last decade in the UK working across banking, retail, grocery, utilities, media and eCommerce with iconic UK brands including Harrods, British Petroleum, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. Passionate about the magic that happens at the intersection of data, performance and customer experience, Christine is back in her hometown to put Vancouver on the map as a hotspot for best-in-class Analytics.

JEREMY COUGHLIN | EVENTS & PARTNERSHIPS
Vice President, Enterprise Analytics, Coast Capital Savings
Jeremy Coughlin is the VP, Enterprise Analytics for Coast Capital Savings, BC's largest credit union by membership. Jeremy has a background in Psychology (BSc.) and business (MBA) and has been an analytics professional for over 20 years. Jeremy's specialty is bringing together diverse data professionals to transform how businesses leverage data.

MICHAEL LI | EXECUTIVE CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Regional Director, Decision Support System Improvement and Quality Analytics, Vancouver Coastal Health
Michael Li is currently the Regional Director, Decision Support System Improvement and Quality Analytics at Vancouver Coastal Health. He and his team are responsible for providing analytics across the entire region to support planning, operations and ultimately better care.
During the pandemic, Michael has been part of the analytics leadership group across the province that has helped create effective tracking and monitoring of COVID-19.
Michael holds a BSc in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria and an MHSc in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.

SHEAZIN PREMJI | DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Executive Director, System Optimization, Fraser Health Authority
Sheazin Premji is the Executive Director for System Optimization at Fraser Health Authority. Her and her team are responsible for providing analytical services and related technology solutions combined with management consulting and change supports which improve clinical and operational processes and ultimately patient outcomes.
She has over 18 years experience in strategic healthcare transformation projects and uses a patient centric approach towards service design and optimization incorporating best practices, analytics and systems thinking.
Sheazin has an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, an MBA in Health Services Management from McMaster University, a BSc in Biology from Dalhousie, and a BSc in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University.

WILL CASHMAN | MEMBER RECRUITING
Vice President, Data & Analytics, Aritzia
Will Cashman serves as Vice President, Data & Analytics for Aritzia (an innovative design house and fashion boutique headquartered in Vancouver, BC) where he oversees, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Analytics & Analytics Delivery. His team is responsible for maximizing the value of Data at Aritzia by providing actionable insights that drive the business.
Prior to joining Aritzia in 2021, Will served as Senior Director, Data & Analytics with Rocky Mountaineer, with responsibility for Data, Research, Analytics & Inventory Management, and prior to joining Rocky Mountaineer in 2016, Will served as Head of Customer Analytics with Allied Irish Banks.
Will received his MBA from Henley Business School and BE from National University of Ireland, Cork.
